"You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf"

This is one of my favourite all-time quotes and applies to any time or place in life where we doubt our capabilities to handle a challenge before us. Strength comes from our inner self-belief and from the knowledge that we can't experience the best ride without first facing the biggest wave.
